Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days of being placed (Monday - Saturday). Once dispatched, delivery via DTDC typically takes 5-7 working days, depending on your location, so please allow approximately 7-10 working days in total for ready stock items. 

Made to order or customised pieces will take additional time based on the piece; we'll share the expected timeline with you at the time of order confirmation.

If any item becomes delayed or unavailable, our team will reach out within 1-2 days with an update.
